The Highway Patrol reports that 47-year-old Billy Hall of Doniphan was killed when he was hit by a car as he tried to cross the highway. The driver of the car, 21-year-old Remmington Payne was not injured. The accident happened on U.S. 160, 8 miles east of Doniphan.
