Authorities say that Quint William Wickett is charged with DWI with a revoked license, third-degree battery, aggravated assault, and refusing to submit to a chemical test. Open container and driving without a valid driver’s license. Wickett allegedly knocked a two-year-old down with the vehicle and hit a tree. Injuries to the child were reported as bumps and bruises on her head and legs, but nothing serious.
