28-year-old Richard Angus Wilder was arrested on an Oregon County Probation warrant for stealing $750 or more. 29-year-old Onitasha Rose Neiser was arrested on a Green County Probation Violation Warrant for felony forgery. Both Wilder and Neiser are being held in the Thayer Jail without bond.
