34-year-old Sarah Nicole Oestrich is charged with aggravated assault, first-degree criminal mischief, and harassment. Oestreich allegedly became upset during an argument over missing dogs. Oestreich then grabbed a splitting maul and started hitting the vehicle. Oestreich initially denied using the maul but later admitted possessing it during the confrontation, while denying striking the vehicle. She is being held in the Izard County Detention Center with a bond set at $10,000.
