Meanwhile, in somewhat more peaceful surroundings, in Mountain Home, the Baxter County Fair Parade was this morning, led by Baxter County Fair Queen Mackenzi Clark.
The Baxter County Fair will be this Tuesday through Saturday in Mountain Home.
