Correction: Weekend Accidents & Arrest

A Reyno AR man was killed last night when he was hit by a pickup truck on Hwy 115 at Falcon Trail in Randolph County.  ASP say 30 year old Joshua Allen was in the road when the driver of the truck came over a hill and hit him.  The driver was not identified or injured.  The accident happened about 9:15 last night, it was raining at that time.

24 yr old Matthew Miller of Winona was seriously injured Saturday afternoon just before 5:00 in a one vehicle accident.  Miller was a passenger in a Dodge Challenger being driven by  26 yr old Kelly D. Trogdon of Eminence. MSHP arrested Trogdon on charges of Felony Driving while intoxicated and assault in the accident. Trogdon was dorthbound on MO 19 about 2 ½ miles north of Winona when he ran off the right side of 19 and hit two trees.  Neither man was wearing a seatbelt. Matthew Miller was taken by air to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis – Kelly Trogdon was released for medical treatment of minor injures, he was taken by ambulance to OMC in WP.

CORRECTION:

Two people their 70’s was injured Saturday afternoon while traveling Hwy CC 12 miles west of WP.  According to MSHP-72 yr old Velma Jones of Koshkonong hit another vehicle in left side when the other driver was exiting a private drive and failed to yield to Jones. The car was driven by 73 yr old Larry Kerridge of Dora. Jones hit the Kerridge vehicle in the left side. Kerridge received minor injuries but refused treatment at the scene. Jones received moderate injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mtn Home for treatment. That accident happened just before 2 pm Saturday.
