West Plains Zizzer Graduate, Dugan Kelly has been selected for the World Championship Football Team to represent the United States at Offensive Left Tackle in the World tournament in Mexico City Mexico in July. Kelly will be heading to Arizona the first part of July for training camp and then to Mexico shortly thereafter. Dugan Kelly is the son of Sundi Robertson Kelly and the late Mike Kelly and is a 2018 graduate of West Plains High School. He recently signed a letter of intent to play football at Quincy University.
