A BOA Bull Ride will be the featured event at the Heart of the Ozarks fair tonight in West Plains. A Matt Palmer Bull Ride Production, the 2 night event will feature 40 cowboys and 40 bulls from across the country. The BOA Bull Ride gets underway in the arena at 8:00pm and is free with your paid admission to the fair.
