A West Plains Teen was arrested Sunday for felony drug trafficking. 19 year old Jesse Dalton was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol Sunday afternoon. He is charged with felony first degree drug trafficking, felony possession of a firearm, felony unlawful use of a weapon, no valid drivers license, no insurance, no valid plates and no seat belt. Dalton was taken to the Howell county jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
