Izard County Chief deputy Earnie Blackley is reporting the arrest of a man from Koshkonong on drug charges. 28 year old Kevin Barnes was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, theft by receiving, possession of a defaced firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Barnes posted bond and is scheduled to appear in County In Izard County on January 2.
