Two people were arrested following a traffic accident involving a patrol car. Authorities sat the two were fleeing from police when their vehicle was hit by a Sheriff’s Department Patrol Unit. 32 year old Stephanie Kerley of Flippin was charged with 5 felony drug offenses. Her bond was set at $35,000. 32 year old Jason Biddle of Mountain Home was charged with 4 felony drug offenses, his bond was set at $20,000. Both are also charged with misdemeanor fleeing.
