A man from Doniphan was arrested by the Highway patrol Saturday. 31 year old Jason Orr was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, and knowingly operating a motor vehicle without a tail lamp. He was taken to the Ripley County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
