A man from Florida was arrested in Fulton County on numerous felony and misdemeanor charges. 21 year old Cedric Camper was arrested following a high speed chase in Salem. He faces 45 felonies and a misdemeanor involving multiple thefts. A Second suspect in the vehicle, 27 year old Thomas Hankerson was taken into custody, charges are pending. Officers conducted a search of the vehicle and found in the trunk several wigs and sets of clothing along with 18 credit cards, 27 debit cards, 29 IDs and drivers licenses, 13 social security cards, 8 checkbooks, 3 birth certificates and a passport.
