Two Cotter residents were arrested Wednesday on drug charges. 74 year old John Lewis Jones and 53 year old Angela Tuhacek were charged with felony counts of manufacture of a schedule VI controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and weapons. Bond was set at $10,000 each. The arrest comes as a result of an aerial drug eradication effort conducted last year.
