Authorities in Mountain View Missouri are reporting they have captured a man who escaped custody in West Plains on March 8th. 18 year old Wesley Hanger was arrested Monday evening at the Signal Store in Mountain View. Hanger was scheduled to be ini court on March 8th but showed up late and was handcuffed and being processed when he fled from authorities on foot and has remained on the run until his arrest.
