Two Texas County residents were arrested by the Highway Patrol Sunday afternoon on felony drug charges. 29 year old Alex Collins of Bucyrus and 26 year old Tyler Cook of Success were both arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, meth and felony unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Cook was also charged with Driving while suspended . Both were taken to Texas County jail.
