A man is in custody in connection with a shooting in Maynard on Thursday. The sheriff’s Department reports that Billy Joe Hopkins was arrested Sunday morning on suspicion of aggravated assault and second degree battery. The shooting happened in the North Side Road Area in Maynard . The Victim was treated for minor injuries.
