A man who was arrested last year for shooting at imaginary people now faces additional charges after allegedly attacking a Jailer. 46 year old David Tiskus was arrested last April after he was shooting at imaginary people he believed was trying to kill him and hit the house of a neighbor. Then on Wednesday after being transferred to Baxter County Detention Center he allegedly attacked a jailer, choking the jailer and sticking his thumb in the corner of the jailer’s eye trying to gouge it out. Tiskus also allegedly struck the jailer in the head causing their ear to bleed. Tiskus was in court on Thursday and told the judge that he would represent himself at his trial.
