A Gassville man has pled guilty on inappropriately touching a young girl. 38 year old Joseph Nicholas Desparrios is accused of touching the 8 year old daughter of his then girlfriend. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison with 8 years suspended and 12 to serve. A protective order is also in effect until July of 2029.
