A Woman from Licking has been charged with manslaughter for her mother’s death. 67 year old Patricia Davis was arrested after a muti agency investigation into the death of her mother 91 year old Kathleen Davis. Kathleen Davis’ death certificate shows she had multiple pressure ulcers, severe malnutrition and dehydration, had pulmonary emboli due to prolonged immobility and untreated pneumonia. Patricia Davis is also charged with second degree assault and abuse of an elderly disabled or venerable person. Her bond is set at $500,000
