Two people were arrested Tuesday afternoon in Baxter County on felony charges. The Sheriff’s Department reports that 35 year old William Malone of Midway was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance meth, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor charges of third degree domestic battery, and false imprisonment and interference with emergency communications. He posted $5,000 bond. 32 year old Alexander Nell Hoffman of Midway is charged with possession of a controlled substance meth and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $2,500
