A 16 year old Thayer girl was killed and two people were injured in an accident north of Thayer Sunday evening. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that a car driven by a 16 year old juvenile failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the road and overturned, hitting a tree. 17 year old Bobby Dale of Thayer and a 16 year old juvenile both suffered moderate injuries and were taken to Ozarks Medical Center. The 16 year old girl was taken from the scene to OMC and was pronounced deceased at 9:54 Sunday night. The accident happened on County Road 326, about three miles north of Thayer at 8:00 last night
