Fulton County Sheriff Al Roork tells ECNN that 22-year-old Shasta McCann has been found safe in Columbus Mississippi. There have been several reports on social media that she was found in Mississippi and that her mother will travel to Mississippi today to pick her up. McCann was staying in Fulton County when she was reported missing late Monday night. I talked to Sheriff Roork last night and he told me at that time that he had a couple of reliable witnesses that saw McCann between midnight and 1 am Tuesday morning walking on highway 63 going north toward Mammoth Spring. He said he believed that someone had picked her up because they had searched the sides of the road and found no sign of her. McCann is mentally and physically impaired.
