Two Thayer residents were arrested by Thayer Police on several felony charges. 24-year-old Kory Brandon Newman and 24 -year old Tina Louise Deshazo were arrested and are charged with Felony delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and three counts of felony endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Both are being held without bond.
