The Thayer Lady Bobcats Julie Stone has been named the SCA Player of the Year for a second straight year. Stone received 1st team honors in voting of the conference coaches. Also named to the All-SCA 1st team are Piper Francis of Mountain View-Birch Tree Liberty, Kaitlin Root of Houston, Baylee Bilyeu of Salem and Kiana Rothermich of Willow Springs. 2nd team honors go to Caity Jones of Thayer, Kamryn Gastineau of Liberty, Liliya Dudko of Willow Springs, Ashton Bewly of Ava and Kaitlyn Ellison of Cabool.
The Class 2 District 3 All-District team has been named. Julie Stone, Caity Jones and Angela Sorrell of Thayer all made the team, along with Heidi Sisco of Alton, Jaylin Morgan and Hannah Zimmer of Van Buren.
