The Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament gets underway tonight with games in the South and West Regionals. In the South a pair of games tonight will see Loyola-Chicago battle Nevada, and Kansas St. take of Kentucky. In the West, Florida St. battles Gonzaga and Michigan will play Texas A&M. The East and Midwest Regionals will resume on Friday.
