As we are now in the Easter weekend, lots of people will be traveling, shopping, visiting throughout the area and The WP Police Department wishes to remind residents to be sure you remember to remove you keys, lock your vehicle and do not leave any valuables inside your car. There has been a string of thief’s over the past month of valuable left inside unlocked vehicles in the WP area. No matter where you travel to or even if you’re only ‘running in for a minute’ that minute is more than enough time for a thief to steal what you left in your unlocked vehicle.
