44 yr old Jessie Leon Hutchins turned himself in to Sharp County Authorities Saturday following him being accused of shooting someone last month. Authorities have been searching for Hutchins in connection with the shooting that took place March 29th when he allegedly shot a man in his knees and buttocks with a shotgun. The victim survived his injuries. Jessie Hutchins is being held in the Ash Flat jail pending formal charges. A search of the Hutchins residence not only recovered spent shotgun shells but drug use was also evident.
