It was a busy day on the baseball and softball diamonds across the region yesterday. On the baseball scoreboard we see Thayer lost to Cabool 11-2, West Plains shut out Joplin 6-0, Willow Springs was a 4-0 winner at Houston, Mountain Grove beat Liberty 19-1 and Ava beat Salem 13-7.
On the softball diamond, Thayer lost at Dora 3-2, and Plato beat Cabool 15-0.
