The West Plains School District Board of Education is proud to announce Erica Walker as the new West Plains Middle School Principal for the 2018 – 2019 school year. The decision follows the transfer of Dr. Wes Davis to the position of Director of Human Resources and Student Services. For the past five years, Mrs. Walker has served as the West Plains Middle School Assistant Principal. Before that, she served as the West Plains Middle School Family and Consumer Sciences Instructor from 2002 to 2013. Walker is a lifelong resident of West Plains and is married to Kyle. She has two children, Gracelyn and Brett; both attend the West Plains Middle School. “I am very excited and honored to be given the opportunity to serve as the principal at West Plains Middle School. I am proud of our school and district, and I look forward to serving alongside our faculty in continuing the tradition of excellence in our schools”, says Walker. Walker will begin her duties as the West Plains Middle School Principal July 1st, 2018.
