Grizzly Volleyball team signs hitter from Springfield Central for 2018 season

JAHCEY FARMER, a 5-foot, 9-inch outside/right side hitter from Central High School in Springfield, signs a letter of intent to play for the Missouri State University-West Plains Grizzly Volleyball team beginning this fall. Farmer was a four-year starter for the Bulldogs and was voted the team’s MVP her senior season, Grizzly Volleyball Assistant Coach Briana Walsh said. She also was named first team all-district in 2017, Walsh added. “Jahcey is very athletic and has the ability to come in and make an immediate impact for us, both on the right side and outside,” Walsh said.
