A one vehicle accident yesterday afternoon left a 16 yr old Mtn Home AR teen with injuries. MSHP reported that 44 yr old Stephen L McFarland also of Mtn Home was traveling with 16 yr old Autumn L McFarland on RT J-8 miles east of Gainsville when the GMC pickup he was driving ran off the left side of the road. McFarland overcorrected causing the truck to go off the left side hit an embankment and overturn. Both were wearing seatbelts. Autumn McFarland received moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Baxter County Regional Medical Center for treatment.
