The Thayer Lady Bobcats are the Class 1 District 7 Champs, after a 6-3 win over Mountain Grove yesterday in Eminence. The Lady Bobcats will advance to the regionals on Monday where they will play undefeated Strafford (25-0) at noon.
Regional baseball action begins today in Arkansas and the Mammoth Spring Bears will be in action, weather permitting. The Bears are scheduled to play Bay at 5:30 today at Izard County Consolidated. Games at the regional are scheduled to begin at 10am with #1 ranked Viola to play Ridgefield Christian, at 12:30 Rector will play Hillcrest, and at 3pm ICC tangles with Armorel.
