A fatal accident has claimed the life of a Mtn. View businessman. 34 yr old Toby R Stephens was killed yesterday morning when he and a passenger were thrown from a Polaris Razor UTV after it ran off the road and hit a tree. The passenger, 27 yr old Chase G Foster was seriously injured and taken by air ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident occurred 6 miles east of Willow Springs on Co RD 3020. Stephens was the owner of the Mountain View Based company Toby and Company-providers of Dish and Centurylink.
