Two Cotter residents were arrested by Baxter County Authorities Wednesday on several felony charges. The Sheriff’s Department reports that 24 year old Alicia Nicole Pierce and 54 year old Mark William Dohrman were both arrested when a team of officers from Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Arkansas Department of Community Corrections and other assisting agencies attempted to serve a warrant at a residence on Harding Boulevard in Cotter. Both Peirce and Dorhman face numerous felony charges and are being held on $25,000 bond each. Pierce also has two failure to appear charges with no bond set.
