A Salem Arkansas man has been arrested on drug charges. The Fulton County Sheriff’s Department reports that 32 year old Ernest Joey Richard was arrested for possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with the purpose to analyze meth.
The Sheriff’s Department also reports the arrest of 35 year old Justin Cody Branscum and 31 year old Dusty Reynolds both of Salem. The Two men are charged with residential burglary.
