The Mountain View/Birch Tree Liberty Lady Eagles soccer has won the Class 1 District 6 Championship. The Lady Eagles went on the road and beat Fair Grove 4-3 in 2 overtimes yesterday for the title and will advance to the state tournament next Wednesday against Fatima.
The 1st round of the Missouri High School Baseball State Tournament will be played on Monday. In Class 1, the Eminence Redbwings will play at home with Oak Ridge at 4:30. Dora will play on the road at Greenfield at 5:00.
In Class 2, Hartville will play at Mansfield and Ellington will be at home with Bernie.
In the Class 3 tournament, Mountain Grove will play at home with South Callaway.
