The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a Willow Springs woman on a felony warrant. 32 year old Jessica Schockly was arrested Wednesday afternoon on a felony Howell County warrant for dangerous drugs, a felony Texas County warrant for dangerous drugs, and for driving while suspended, and speeding. She was taken to Howell County jail and is being held without bond.
