Mountain Home Woman Sentenced on Drug Charges

A Mountain Home woman was given 12 years probation on drug-related charges in Baxter County Circuit Court.  Kelsie Guiltner was allegedly involved in a number of sales of meth to a confidential informant. At the time of her arrest Guiltner was reported to have 8.1 grams of meth packaged in two separate plastic bags, along with other drugs and paraphernalia. Guiltner had 16 charges including using a cellphone to orchestrate the drug sales. Guiltner was given probation after reportedly completing a Care Center Ministry program dealing with her addiction.
