The high school baseball season has come to a close for a couple of area teams in the state tournament. In Class 1, the Eminence Redwings were eliminated by Oran 16-0 yesterday. Ellington lost to Valle Catholic 5-2 in the Class 2 tournament. Also in Class 2, Mansfield advances to a second straight final 4 by winning a marathon 15 inning game against New Covenant of Springfield.
