A West Plains man has been arrested and faces eight felony charges. 48 year old John Watson allegedly stole a golf cart and a delivery truck full of snacks. Watson is charged with 1 count of stealing $25,000 or more, 2 counts of second degree burglary, 2 counts of stealing $750 or more, 2 counts of tampering with a motor vehicle, and 1 count of 1st degree property damage/ He posted $10,000 bail and was released.
