A West Plains man was injured in an ATV accident west of West Plains, Sunday afternoon. The Highway Patrol says that 23 year old Matthew Yardley suffered serious injuries when he drove off the road into a wooded area and was ejected from the ATV. Yardley was flown to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on county road6760 about 4 miles west of West Plains.
