A Texas County man faces felony charges after a break in at a home in Licking. 35 year old Daniel Stephens of Higgins is charged with first degree burglary and property damage. Extensive damage was reportedly done to the door where the break-in occurred. Stephens is in the Texas County Jail on $200,000 bond.
