A Van Buren teen was injured in a one vehicle accident Wednesday morning in Howell County. 16 year old Caleb Napier suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and hit a ditch, a tree and a fence and overturned the pickup he was driving. Napier was taken to Ozarks Medical Center. The accident happened on Missouri 17 about a half mile south of Mountain View.
