A Mountain Home woman has been arrested following a traffic stop in Flippin. 40 year old Heather Kisor was arrested on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, three misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance, two misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic offenses. She was released after posting $10,000 bail.
