The Sheriff’s Department reports that 42 year old Kimberly Kaye Green of Willow Springs was arrested for failure to appear on charges of possession of a controlled substance and distribution, delivery or manufacture or attempt to distribute, deliver or manufacture a controlled substance. She is being held without bond. 55 year old Frank Lee Roberts of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear on charges of 2 counts of delivery of a controlled substance, 5 counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held without bond. 43 year old Shonda Lee Ann Moore of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear on a stealing charge. Her bail was set at $475.
