A Salem Arkansas Man has been arrested on weapons charges. 33 year old Zachary Montgomery is charged with possession of a firearm by a certain person, His bond was set at $10,000. When Montgomery was arrested at his apartment he admitted to having a rifle under the bed and some marijuana. When officer located the rifle it was loaded. They also found several plastic baggies, a marijuana grinder, a marijuana smoking device, and two plastic baggies containing a green leafy substance. A hypodermic needle was found in the bathroom medicine cabinet.
