A Trial date has been set for a Cabool woman charged in connection with a murder. Briana Calderas is scheduled to have a pre-trial in Texas County Circuit Court on December 5th. She is charged with 1st degree murder, armed criminal action and abandonment of a corpse. Her Trial starts on February 25th in Pulaski County. Calderas and 3 others are charged with the September 2017 death of 17 year old Ally Steinfeld, a transgender, who was in the process of transitioning to female. Steinfeld’s burned remains were discovered at Calderas’ mobile home near Cabool by investigators with the Texas County Sheriff’s Office.
