Two Florida residents were arrested in Howell County Monday on felony charges. The highway patrol reports that 29 year old Trason Leggett and 23 year old Sierra Scott both from Ocala Florida were arrested on felony charges of tampering with a motor vehicle. Both were taken to the Howell County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
