A Sharp County man has been arrested for allegedly using a stolen FNBC bank card and withdrawing $5,000 for a woman’s account. 30 year old David Carter was arrested after a woman reported the theft to the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office. A deputy went to the bank and saw on the ATM security camera that Carter had withdrawn the money. Carter was located and arrested. He is charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property.
